YouTube API Services

Content Agent uses YouTube API Services. By using Content Agent you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube is a Google service; Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Information we access, collect and store

When the owner connects a YouTube channel, Google asks for two permissions: uploading videos (youtube.upload) and viewing the YouTube account (youtube.readonly). Content Agent stores only: the channel ID, the channel name, an OAuth refresh token for that channel, and for each video it uploaded, the video ID (plus its view/like counts once statistics are shown on the dashboard).

How the information is used

The token is used only to upload videos created by Content Agent to that same channel at their scheduled time and to read the statistics of those videos for the owner's private dashboard. Content Agent does not access viewers' or other users' personal data.

Sharing

No data is sold, shared with or disclosed to third parties, or used for advertising.

Storage and security

Data is kept on a private server, readable only by the service account and transferred only over HTTPS. The owner's pages are protected by a one-time login link sent to the owner's Telegram. No cookies are used on public pages; the private pages use one HttpOnly session cookie for the owner's login.

Retention and deletion

• Video statistics are refreshed from the API at least every 30 days or deleted.
• Pressing "Putuskan" (disconnect) on the connection page revokes the token at Google and deletes the stored token, channel ID and channel name immediately.
• Access can also be revoked at any time at Google security settings (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions); the stored token then stops working and is deleted at the next check.
• Deletion of all stored data can be requested at the contact address below and is completed within 7 days.

Content Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
